Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are officially divorced.
Just four months after the “Morning Show” actress filed for divorce, the pair signed a marital dissolution agreement Wednesday, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
Witherspoon, 47, and the former CAA agent, 53, have also reached a solid custody arrangement for their 10-year-old son, Tennessee — yet it’s unclear what that entails.
Although the specific details of the divorce were not made public, it appears the former couple signed a prenup before their March 2011 wedding.
The “Sweet Home Alabama” star announced in March that she and Toth were divorcing after 12 years of marriage.
“We have some personal news to share,” Witherspoon began in the pair’s official statement. “It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce.”
Despite their split, she noted that the pair “enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together.”
Days later, Witherspoon officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Sources later confirmed to WM Leader that the now exes’ split was amicable and that romance between the pair had simply fizzled out.

“There’s no big scandal or drama, just two people who essentially became co-parents and don’t really have any romantic feelings for each other anymore,” an insider shared with us at the time.
While the Oscar winner “once liked the fact that [Toth] was just a solid, dependable and stable guy,” the source claims they had “zero spark” by the end of their union.
However, it seemingly didn’t take long for Toth to get that spark back.
The talent agent was spotted on a “definitely romantic” vacation to Costa Rica with an unidentified woman last month.
“Jim was staying with a new girlfriend at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica,” an eyewitness told People.
“They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe. It was definitely romantic.”
Despite the big change, Witherspoon told Harper’s Bazaar last month that she doesn’t “feel isolated” as she navigates her separation from Toth.
“I think about how many other people are going through this experience,” she told the publication. “I don’t feel isolated at all. I feel very connected.”
The experience has been a stark contrast to her first divorce from Ryan Phillippe, whom she was married to from 1999 until 2008.
“When I was divorced before, the tabloid media got to tell people how I was feeling or how I was processing, and it felt very out of control,” she explained.
“To be able to talk to people directly about what’s going on in my life and just share it in the way that I share great professional experiences or personal experiences, it feels much more authentic to be able to say things in my own voice and not let somebody else control what’s happening.”
Witherspoon and Phillippe share two kids: daughter Ava, 23, and son Deacon, 19.
